1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl84 ("jl84," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl84 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the jl84 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jl84, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on jl84, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested by jl84 for identity verification purposes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jl84 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl84 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a multi-accounting violation and to forfeit any balances held within those accounts.

You agree to promptly notify jl84 of any changes to your registered information by updating your account profile or contacting customer support. jl84 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl84 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

All activity conducted through your jl84 account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. jl84 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

jl84 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from jl84, it should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jl84 customer support immediately and change your password. jl84 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jl84 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl84 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published in the cashier section of your jl84 account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jl84 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). jl84 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• jl84 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jl84 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your jl84 account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• jl84 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jl84 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• jl84 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms – including through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts – will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the jl84 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All random number generator (RNG) games on jl84 are certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl84 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

jl84 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl84 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of jl84 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jl84 Platform without prior written consent from jl84.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl84 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jl84's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl84 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl84 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Responsible Gaming

jl84 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.

• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
• jl84 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may request the closure of your jl84 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13. Privacy and Data
